Facility will be available for set-up June 9 and 10 and tear-down on June 16

 

State Grange Responsible for:

Facility:  Seaside Civic & Convention Center

Total convention fee: $3200.00

 

Per Signed License Agreement

Rental deposit of $800.00 paid 4/13/09

Rental deposit of $800.00 due 6/9/11

Remainder due 6/9/12

 

$500 for Rosebud Team (if we request)

 

All other expenses to be covered by District 3:

 

Food

· All food will be provided by Oregon Fine Foods, contracted through the Convention Center.

· District 3 pays a food deposit before the June session. (Do not know details yet)

We will need to sell tickets starting in Feb. 2012.

SUB-COMMITTEES

 

Each Sub-Committee needs the following:

LOCATION/TOWN:  Coordinate with Seaside Chamber of Commerce, hotel and restaurant notification, local food bank for donation, bowling alley

 

FINANCE/BUDGET: Deposit convention money, develop budget, pay bills

TICKET SALES: During session sell additional meal tickets, 5th & 6th Degree tickets

 

SIGNS/DIRECTIONS: Place State Grange signs; make signs for committee meetings and events
